1. Order

You may place an order via the online form, post, fax or e-mail.
The purchase contract shall be concluded only after receipt of an order confirmation from Helios Numismatik.

2. Prices and Terms of Payment

All prices for merchandise offered are fixed and include the appropriate German taxes.
Shipping and handling fees are charged in accordance with point 4 below.
Deliveries are made only against prepayment.
Payment is due within 10 calendar days of the date of the order confirmation.

A shipping and handling flat rate of 6,- € is charged for coins and small objects and is added to the sale price.
Higher shipping and handling charges may apply to larger objects (e.g. vases) that require special packaging and/or are sent by a special delivery service.
These additional charges are invoiced in accordance with the expenses actually incurred by Helios. Any such additional charges are indicated in the article description in the online shop.
No shipping charges are invoiced if the buyer collects the item(s) in person at the Helios office within 30 calendar days of the order confirmation.
